We go to Aaron's concerts every chance we get these days! Jennifer and Austin told us that they wanted us to go see him in Magnolia with them so we were there! I wanted to make a sign that said, "Aaron, will you sing at our wedding?"...and then after he saw it flipped it over and had it say "Pro-bono!!!" haha I was getting a little nervous while we were out there though cuz Jennifer kept saying she was having contractions...stay in there a little longer Paisley!

Our church in Porter hosted a baby shower for Jennifer this month. It is always exciting to see all of the cute baby clothes that Paisley will be wearing once she gets here! Jennifer is due April 12th...which is just around the corner!

Finally Feels Like Summer!

Chase and I have both been very busy with school so it is hard to find time to kick back and relax. We were very excited that we finally had a weekend off AND the sun was shining....so we spent the day at the pool! Hopefully there are many more to come this Summer so we can both keep a nice tan :)

Save the Date!!!

Chase and I went to visit TenRoc in Salado, TX this past weekend and I fell in love with it! It is way out in the country away from everything and the outside set-up for the ceremony is so naturally beautiful and different than anything I have ever seen. After making 2 trips out there we both decided that we were not going to find anything else that we liked this much so we called the owners and reserved our wedding for June 19, 2010! Mark your calendars!!!

This is the ceremony set-up. White chairs will be placed on each level of the stadium seating. I am putting white lights around the skinny trees with pink tool material wrapped around them. There will be pink rose petals floating in the stream as well as on the concrete area.

There is a long stone walkway that curves down the bottom that I will walk down! I want to put candles all around the edges of the stone because we are having a night wedding.

Bridesmaids Dresses

I found a dress that I LOVE for my SEVEN bridesmaids! Actually, Chases's mom found it in a catalog while we were shopping in Waco this weekend. I tracked it down on-line but now the tricky part is finding it in a store so all of the girls can try it on. I am going to keep looking since it is still early but I have a feeling I will stick with this one! Chase's sister, Amanda, is a pro at making jewelry so I am going to get her to help me with the bridesmaids necklaces and earrings. It was VERY hard to choose my bridesmaids because I have SO many friends so I tried to keep it in the family to keep it simple. Maid of Honor: Katherine (sister), Bridesmaids: Jennifer (sister), Michelle (sister), Amanda (Chases's sister), Miranda (friend and brother's GF), Allie (friend from college), and Hilary (cousin).

Chase and I FINALLY had a free weekend to travel to Temple to visit his family! We rarely get to see them now that we live so far away so we were very excited! Friday night we went to see Aaron Watson at a country dance hall in Harker Heights. Chase and I love his songs....we are going to do our first dance as husband and wife to his song, "Hearts are Breaking Across Texas". Hopefully we will be able to go to Temple again soon to visit everyone. We love you Rex, Debbie, Amanda, Chance, and Presley :)

Weekend in Fort Worth

Chase and I traveled to Fort Worth this weekend with my family for my sister's baby shower! My dad comes from a family with 5 kids so I have a lot of aunts and uncles and cousins....it was a pretty crowded and crazy weekend with all of us together! The girls got up Saturday morning and went to brunch, then back to my aunts house for the baby shower. The guys wanted to get away from all of the bows and baby-talk so they got out of the house early to go shoot guns...or something like that! They were all wearing camo when they left so I am guessing it was some activity related to hunting! haha Everyone was excited to see my ring and congratulate us on our engagement! They all were very happy to welcome Chase to the family....but they warned him and asked him if he knew what he was getting himself into with all of us in the Freeman bunch!!! Of course he smiled and said "Yes!" Me with Chloe before the Shower! She is excited about getting a cousin very soon :)

Chloe has learned to sit up on her own now! Hopefully she will be crawling soon!
